Vandals At Work Ltd – Legal and Operational Clarification
We would like to clarify the relationship between Vandals At Work Ltd and a previous community initiative known as BombSquad, which was operated by a different legal entity, B Squad UK CIC.
Vandals At Work Ltd (Company No. 16453468) is a newly registered non-profit organisation established in the United Kingdom. All four founding members of Vandals At Work Ltd are directors of the company, and each previously played a key role in delivering events and projects under the BombSquad banner.
While we are proud of the community-focused projects we helped create as part of BombSquad, it is important to emphasise that Vandals At Work Ltd is a separate legal entity. The company B Squad UK CIC, which traded as BombSquad, is no longer operating and is currently in the process of being formally dissolved.
We may refer to past BombSquad events for the purpose of acknowledging the experience of our team. However, we stress the following:
- All activities, projects, and transactions are now exclusively carried out under Vandals At Work Ltd.
- Vandals At Work Ltd does not trade as or represent B Squad UK CIC or BombSquad.
- References to BombSquad are purely historical and do not imply any legal or operational continuation of the former organisation.
